1. Shipping Responsibilities

1.1 Our Offered Products

  • The Platform handles packaging, export customs clearance, and shipping arrangements
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight/volume and destination (displayed at checkout)

1.2 Third-Party Supplier Products

  • Suppliers are fully responsible for logistics (including packaging, customs, and transportation)
  • The Platform only provides “shipment tracking” services without intervening in actual delivery processes

2.2 Delivery Disclaimer

  • Delays due to customs clearance, natural disasters, or force majeure are excluded from delivery guarantees
  • Users bear all risks of delays/losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses

3. Customs & Duties

3.1 Clearance Obligations

  • Our Offered: The Platform manages export clearance; users handle import clearance
  • Third-Party: Suppliers marking “DDP (Duties Paid)” assume all import taxes

3.2 Prohibited Items

  • Strictly prohibited: Ivory products, endangered species materials, uncertified cultural relics
  • Violations will trigger automatic order cancellation and regulatory reporting

4. Receipt & Inspection

4.1 Delivery Acceptance

  • High-value items (>€1000) require ID verification (copy of passport/ID) upon receipt
  • Damaged packaging must be documented with video evidence immediately; refuse acceptance if compromised

5. Returns & Insurance

5.1 Return Policy

5.2 Insurance Terms

  • Default coverage: All orders include insured value (110% of invoice amount)
  • Premium insurance: Items >€5000 require additional “All-Risk” coverage (user-paid)

6. Regional Special Provisions

6.1 Restricted Destinations

  • UN-sanctioned countries (e.g., North Korea, Syria) are fully prohibited
  • Mainland China users: Only USD-checkout items labeled “DAP” are deliverable

6.2 Cryptocurrency Orders

  • USDT-paid orders must use “Supplier-Designated Logistics” with 100% prepaid shipping

7. Dispute Resolution

一、運送責任劃分

  • 本平台負責包裝、出口報關及運送安排
  • 運費計算基於商品重量/體積與目的地(結算時即時顯示)

1.2 第三方供應商商品

  • 供應商全權負責物流(含包裝、報關、運輸)
  • 本平台僅提供「物流狀態監測」服務,不介入實際運送流程

二、運送方式與時效

2.1 可選物流方案

2.2 時效免責條款

  • 清關延誤、自然災害等不可抗力因素不計入承諾時效
  • 用戶需自行承擔因提供錯誤地址導致的延誤/丟件風險

三、海關與稅務

3.1 清關責任

  • 自營商品:本平台處理出口報關,用戶負責目的國進口清關
  • 第三方商品:供應商標註「DDP(稅費已付)」的,由供應商承擔全部稅費

3.2 禁運品聲明

  • 嚴格禁止運輸:象牙製品、瀕危物種材料、未經認證的文物
  • 違反禁運規定將導致訂單自動取消並報告監管機構

四、簽收與驗貨

4.1 簽收要求

  • 高價值品(>€1000)必須提供簽收時的身份證明(ID或護照影本)
  • 發現包裝破損應立即拍攝視頻證據並拒收

4.2 驗貨時限

五、退運與保險

5.1 退運規則

  • 自營商品:本平台承擔退運費用(限未拆封原箱退回)
  • 第三方商品:按供應商政策執行,平台可協調但不擔責

5.2 保險條款

  • 默認投保:所有訂單自動含保價(保額=發票金額的110%)
  • 高價值附加險:€5000以上商品需額外購買「全險」(保費由用戶支付)

六、特殊地區條款

6.1 限制運送地區

  • 聯合國制裁國家(如朝鮮、敘利亞)全面禁運
  • 中國內地用戶:僅接受美元結算商品(標註「DAP」條款)

6.2 加密貨幣支付運送

  • USDT支付訂單必須使用「供應商指定物流」並預付100%運費

七、爭議解決
